1. Agreement to These Terms

• Invoices and payment obligations are governed by service agreements and issued billing terms.
• Payment processing may involve approved third-party providers.
• Service prices, offerings, and timelines may change.

5. Stripe Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process online payments for services. By submitting payment information:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected service.
• Stripe collects, processes, and stores payment data according to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Stripe's Terms of Service.
• We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers on our servers.
• All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.
• By using Stripe for checkout, you agree to Stripe's terms and policies.
• Payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are handled according to Stripe's and your card issuer's policies.

6. Data and Privacy

Data collection, use, retention, and security practices are described in our Privacy Notice. Cookie-related behavior is described in our Cookie Policy.

Joliez Agency maintains a written Data Retention & Secure Deletion Policy that defines how long each category of customer, employee, and financial record is retained, the secure procedures used to destroy data at the end of its lifecycle, and the legal hold exceptions that may extend retention. The policy is owned by executive management, enforced by our technology team, and is reviewed at least annually for compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state data privacy laws (including GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and IRS recordkeeping requirements) and with our financial-data partner obligations (including Plaid Inc. and Stripe Inc.). 7. Security and Technical Controls

8. Intellectual Property

Site content, software, branding, and related materials remain the property of Joliez Agency Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer platform components except as permitted by law.
