About This Role

As Chief Financial Officer, you will own the financial health and strategic planning of Joliez Agency. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and compliance while partnering with leadership to allocate capital, improve margins, and support expansion into new markets. This role requires strong financial rigor and strategic advisory capability.

• 8+ years senior finance leadership
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Strong compliance and audit oversight background
• Experience with strategic financial planning
